The item finally arrived and was packaged well. The engraving on the words was a bit inconsistent but looked fine if you weren’t using a critical eye. Communication with the seller was frustrating - he doesn’t respond on weekends and takes a while to return messages. Shipping was atrocious- once he actually shipped the item, it came very quickly, but he didn’t actually put it in the mail until I messaged him twice about it. He had a lot of excuses about why it was shipped so late (it wasn’t put in the mail until after the expected delivery dates passed), but I felt like I had to keep messaging him to get it shipped. At one point, I honestly thought I’d fallen for a scam. Beware of all of the positive reviews - many of them are duplicates. The quality was generally good, but if you’re on a deadline, don’t trust the shipping est.
